How quick do we get our orders?
- If you are delivering near the end of the week, then expect your orders to arrive the following week. If you are ordering near the start of the week, please allow one extra day for your order to be delivered. We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Do you offer glass bottles or plastic?
- Yes, we provide both options. Our traditional glass bottles are reusable and eco-friendly, while plastic bottles are available for convenience. Customers can choose their preference when placing an order.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
- Absolutely. You can pause, resume, or change your subscription days at any time through your account page. Please make sure changes are made before 8pm the night before delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
- We currently deliver within a 50-mile radius of our farm. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, simply take a look through our list of areas on the address page, within your account.
